Website Care and Auditing Services

Website Care and Audit Services

Have your website managed and supported by a friendly team who knows tourism and understands how to help you get the most out of your website.

Website Care is a comprehensive, “set and forget” management and professional webmaster service crafted specifically for tourism websites running WordPress.

What does the website care service include?

  • Fast and secure Australian-based web hosting which benefits both Google and your customers!
  • Automated security scanning – never worry about malware and hacking attempts again
  • Complete daily backups of your website – we’ve got your back in the event something goes wrong
  • Website clone service: we can quickly create a copy of your site to test any major changes without fear of breaking your live website and disrupting your business
  • Regular software updates: low urgency updates installed monthly, high priority security updates sooner
  • Access to a full suite of training videos that are updated with any new versions of your website

Are there any extra perks?

  • We include over $300 per year value of premium add-on software (if you were to purchase separately)
  • You get a 10% discount for any prepaid digital support
  • Up to 2 free domains included. Your primary website domain plus one extra of the same name.
  • More than one website? Your 2nd and subsequent sites using our website care service will be at a reduced rate (contact us to arrange your code)

Important considerations:

  • Silver level required for eCommerce, complex membership or highly customised sites.
  • Why WordPress only? While we’re happy to provide marketing services to clients with websites on other content management software, we have no plans to extend our web care service beyond WordPress at this point. By supporting many different systems, we couldn’t provide the same level of service as we can when specialising.
