The Situation
Organising their clients' dream trips is a dream job so the Meares team would really like to book more bespoke tours. Additionally, while they had initially begun as a wine tours business, over time international enquiries were increasing and bringing a variety of new requests such as wildlife encounters, indigenous culture and outdoor recreation.
Simon and Kerry had already expanded their experiences but needed to get the word out. With the deadline of an upcoming industry meet-and-greet in mind, we needed a solution for them to support the presentations and meetings they had planned. Longer term, whatever we built needed to be flexible and easy for them to maintain and update.
Lastly, there needed to be a way to showcase the range of bespoke tours Simon and Kerry have curated. The level of creativity and exclusivity they offer is difficult to overstate. Yet, it's lengthy to list every option they have, and being challenged to create something one-of-a-kind is part of the thrill. Some inspiration for prospective guests would help attract new and exciting requests.
